About

Built by a lawyer who watched governance break.

Goodvernance was built by a startup lawyer who saw the same story over and over: founders sign a careful agreement, then it sits in a drawer. A co-founder leaves and no one knows what happens to their shares. A round stalls because vesting was never really applied. The rules existed; they just never ran.

Goodvernance turns that signed agreement into something that runs on its own, starting with the clause that does the most damage when it sleeps: vesting. Tracked, sealed, and provable, so you stay financeable and in control.

We are early, and we say so. We start with what we can execute honestly, the vesting, and we never pretend a clause is active when it is not.
